E-nikki 19 - Prior to Action

Last year, as part of my Japanese class, we had to turn in Picture Journals (or enikki) each week, detailing something we'd done the past week in 8 to 10 sentences.

Probably from April. This one is about how I burned my hand at work, and it would have never happened if I hadn't agreed to sub for someone, who ended up not needing it in the end, so he subbed for someone else. If I hadn't gotten involved, I wouldn't have been at work, wouldn't have had to get hot sandwiches out of the oven, and wouldn't have mispositioned the oven mitt and hit the hot pan with my fingers >_<
